Scientific Significance and Expected Research Achievements

人間型ロボットとCGによるアバターの両方ですでに発達障がい者の療育に対して実績をあげてきた応募者らによる継続的な研究であり、研究遂行のための準備は整っている。研究成果は発達障がい者支援のみならず、対面状況が苦手な者への社会性発達支援にも広く応用が期待できる。
