Scientific Significance and Expected Research Achievements	河川植生の伐採は、気候変動下の洪水軽減および再生可能エネルギーの獲得という適応緩和策として注目される一方で、環境へのダメージも懸念されるマルアダプテーションとなりかねない。この最適化を学術的に可能とする本研究は独創性の高いものであり、研究計画は具体的でそれを遂行する研究体制は適切である。準備状況から見ても成果が期待できる。
