Scientific Significance and Expected Research Achievements

本研究は、カーボンニュートラル社会への実現に不可欠な代替燃料である水素、アンモニアの液化貯輸送構造物に関するものである。課題である水素脆化、アンモニア応力腐食割れに対し、想定欠陥、残留応力分布を考慮し、定量的に材料適用可否判断基準を構築することは学術的・社会的意義が非常に大きい。
