Scientific Significance and Expected Research Achievements

有機半導体の集合構造における分子間振動と分子間軌道の重なり、さらには分子内振動に着目したバンド伝導理論を提案し、高移動度と高耐久性を兼ね備えた高性能な有機半導体の創出を目指した興味深い研究である。独創性に富み、応募者らのこれまでの高い研究成果を基盤としていることから大きな成果が期待できる。
