Scientific Significance and Expected Research Achievements	植物の免疫機構であるNB-LRR受容体（NLR）に関する研究で、その免疫活性化機構と多様性、さらにNLRに対抗した病原体のエフェクターの進化機構を明らかにすることを目指しており、学術的意義がある。立体構造から作用メカニズムの解明に臨む点、最終的に次世代耐病性育種を見据えている点など大きなブレークスルーが期待される。
