Scientific Significance and Expected Research Achievements	多能性幹細胞の特性と非標準的な翻訳制御の関連性を解明することは、多能性幹細胞が有する分化多能性の実態を理解する上で極めて重要である。本研究は学術的にも応用的にも重要であり、具体的な実験計画の記述や予備データの記述が十分で本研究の実現性は高い。多能性幹細胞特有の翻訳制御ネットワークを解明することで、分化多能性を制御するメカニズムの統合的理解が期待される。
