Scientific Significance and Expected Research Achievements	応募者等が開発したQニューロン刺激により冬眠状態を誘導するマウスモデルや、低温耐性マウス系統を用い、冬眠中の低代謝・低体温耐性の分子基盤を、CRISPR/Cas9を用いた１細胞網羅的遺伝子KOスクリーニングと、関連遺伝子の個体でのKOまたは過剰発現による影響解析で因果的に解明しようとする大変ユニークな研究である。冬眠の人への応用に向けて重要な知見が得られることが期待できる。
