Scientific Significance and Expected Research Achievements	自閉症関連コピー数多型を持つヒトES細胞からオルガノイドを作製し、マウスへの異種移植によるヒト化モデルマウスの作出を試みる研究である。これまでにない視点からの自閉症モデルマウスの作出と、独自開発した仮想現実システムによる評価などにより、自閉症の病態解明が大きく進展すると期待される。
