Scientific Significance and Expected Research Achievements

一部の観測情報に基づく人体や生体臓器の状態理解は医療従事者が日常的に直面する課題であると同時に医用工学における本質的な研究である。観測データに含まれない高次の背景知識をいかに機械学習に取り入れるか、この問いに対し本研究は背景知識を知識グラフとして画像空間へ重畳するグラフ埋め込み画像の概念を提案し、その機械学習基盤の開発と診断治療への応用を目的とする。
