Scientific Significance and Expected Research Achievements	カンドルは結び目の研究から生まれ、対称空間の離散化ともみなすことのできる代数系であるが、その構造理論の構築は数学的意義の高い挑戦的研究であり、幾何学を超えて関連するさまざまな分野への応用、波及効果も見込まれる。研究計画も研究の広がりをもつ形でよく練られており，幅広い分野の若手研究者と共に研究が大きく進展することが期待できる。
