事業継続性と持続可能性を考慮したサプライチェーンに関する実証研究

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

協力企業から質問票を回収し、データ入力を行って、一次データベースの構築を行った。さらに、入力データのクリーニング作業を行い、個人レベルのデータベースを用いて、測定尺度の信頼性と妥当性をチェックし、尺度構成のための質問項目を決定した。その上で、同一質問に対する複数回答者の回答を平均して、事業レベルのデータベースを構築した。これらの測定尺度および組織、人的資源管理、改善活動、品質マネジメント、TPM、情報技術と生産情報システム、JIT生産、制約の理論、SCM、技術開発、製品開発、製造戦略といったオペレーションズ・マネジメント領域に対応するスーパー尺度に基づき、わが国製造企業の経営構造を解明するための実証分析を開始した。因果を分析する統計手法を駆使し、わが国製造企業の競争パフォーマンス、環境パフォーマンス、事業継続パフォーマンスの決定要因に関するパイロット・スタディを実施し、測定尺度によって捉えられた様々な実践活動やサブ生産システム間の連携構造の存在を示した。いくつかの調査対象企業あるいはその事業所を訪問してこれらの結果をフィードバックし、それに基づく討論を行い、分析結果の陰に潜む潜在要因の発見にも努めた。
定期的に研究会を開催し、これらの結果を吟味し、取り纏めを行うとともに、国内外の所属学会(オペレーションズ・マネジメント&ストラテジー学会、Production and Operations Management Society、European Operations Management Association、Decision Sciences Instituteなど)や関連国際会議において研究発表を行い、貴重なコメントや助言を受けた。

2: Research has progressed on the whole more than it was originally planned.

Reason

これまでに収集し利用可能となったわが国製造企業22社のデータに基づいて、実証分析を開始し、その成果の一部を国内外の学会や国際会議等で発表してきている。また、今回初めてデータ収集を実施することになった海外の連携研究者に対する支援も行い、今後の国際比較研究の礎を築くことができた。これまで収集したデータに基づいて、国内外の研究集会において相当数の研究発表を行い、得られたコメントや助言に基づいて、論文の執筆および改訂作業を着々と進めている。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

わが国製造企業の経営構造に関する本格的な実証分析を分野ごとに推し進めるとともに、平成27年度以降は海外製造企業の調査結果が利用可能となる見通しであり、このデータに基づいて国際比較研究を推進する計画である。特に海外の連携研究者との連絡を密にし、比較研究を中心とした共同研究のプラットフォーム構築に注力していく。また、これまでデータ整理等を依頼してきた専任助手と博士課程学生が抜けたため、新たに要員を確保して、研究基盤の整備に努める。
