固相での動的拡散に基づくヘテロ構造創成のための新接合原理の確立

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

①摩擦攪拌援用バルク体接合,②凝集微粒子投射援用膜創成,の2テーマにおいて以下の成果を得た.
①摩擦攪拌援用バルク体接合:1)これまでに進めてきたCu/アルミナ系において,表面にTi薄膜を成膜したアルミナでの接合において接合強度の改善効果を確認した.本接合法を既存拡散接合法と比較した場合,静的強度はやや劣るものの,圧倒的な生産性の改善が可能であることを実証した.2)本法の金属/セラミックス以外の組合せへの適用を志向し,金属/高分子材料の組合せとして工業的に重要視されるAl/CFRP系に適用した.その結果,Al金属側の攪拌により適度な接合強度,気密性兼備の接合体創製が可能であることを実証した.本法の金属/セラミックスおよび金属/高分子系ヘテロ構造創成の社会実装としての展開が期待される.3)以上3年間に得られた結果を総括し,摩擦攪拌により塑性流動させた軟質材料を固定硬質材料との界面に強加圧することで得られる新接合原理の有為性とともに,工業用3大材料組合せへの本法適用の普遍性を検証した.
②凝集微粒子投射援用膜創成:1)独自製法のチタニア凝集粉末の作製を試み,溶媒との組成比,焼成温度等プロセス因子の最適化を行った結果,適正凝集構造を有するチタニア粉末を得た.2)市販チタニア粉末以外の本成膜法への適応性として,独自作製凝集粉末の成膜を試みた結果,安定的に成膜が可能であることを検証した.3)研究分担者はセラミックス粒子内の破壊,流動,再結合の流体解析を志向したが,再結合の解析的扱いに困難があり今後の課題とした.これに代え,超高分子量ポリエチレン(UHMWPE)とナノセラミックス粒子との混合粉末において数mm厚の成膜を達成した.
全体の総括:以上,本研究の遂行において,固相での動的拡散に基づくヘテロ構造創成のための新接合原理を確立するとともに,社会実装への展開の可能性を明らかにした.
