| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
中部ベトナムに構築した2000 人規模の出生コホートの宿主リスク要因を詳細に把握するために臍帯血ならびに2歳検診時採血検体を用いて、以下の項目を設定して自然免疫応答予備能・抗体応答能評価を開始した：①検診時採血検体を用いての宿主の感染防御反応性の測定、②RSV重症急性呼吸器感染における母児間移行抗体の効果、③HBV感染例の微生物学的・分子疫学的解析によるリスク評価、④拠点医療施設での出生コホートの疾患発症の追跡調査の継続、⑤戸別訪問による出生コホートの追跡調査。今年度は2歳検診時の全血培養でのLPS応答能を計測する実験でのRNA試料調製を開始した。また蛍光ビーズアレイ法による抗RSV抗体の測定系を設計した。B 型肝炎垂直感染については、感受性宿主ゲノム多型の検索を実施した。さらに疾患発症の追跡調査を継続して行なった。
