| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
In FY2015, we made the following achievements based on the original plan:
1. Finalized three case studies: i) Impact assessment of Environmental Good and Services Sector (EGSS) in Japan; ii) Impact assessment of renewable energy development in China; and iii) Impact assessment of Green Gift Scheme in Japan.
2. Several methodologies developed under this project have been used in a methodology paper of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) on integrated modelling for green economy policy assessment. These include i) green expansion of the input-output table and the social accounting matrix; ii) mapping EGSS sectors with IO sectors; and iii) combination of process analysis based on Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) data with the IO model for green economy assessment, etc.
3. Presented at 4 international conferences, published 2 book chapters and 6 Working Papers of the Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES).
