| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
In this year we completed the data collection on the button press experiment as planned. We also designed a new version of the experiment that can be used inside the fMRI. The data collection on the experiment with baseball professionals looking at cognitive anxiety due to observation was also finished as planned. We are writing two papers on this and are also submitting a book chapter (in a MIT press Handbook of Embodied Cognition and Sport Psychology ) on this which has been accepted. The data analysis and computational modelling of anxiety (for imaging) was finished as planned. The fMRI experiments have however not completed yet. These fMRI results will greatly increase the impact of our paper and hence we wait for them to submit our paper. We plan to have these fMRI results and submit the paper on anxiety effects on motor control within the next months.
