Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In the research project, we conduct a questionnaire survey of bereaved people who had cared for a family member until their death while receiving home hospice care service. The questionnaire is designed on the base of preliminary studies including fieldwork, historical examination, and international comparison on this topic.
In the survey, responses from a total of 663 people were collected. The analysis reveals details of the anxiety and needs patients and their family have, as well as mixture of religious, economic, and social interest in their attitudes toward life and death.
