Outline of Final Research Achievements

We have studied coupled open quantum dots having a strong connection to reads fir a scanning gate microscopy (SGM) in order to visualize and control the wave function within the dots for realization of future electron-wave devices. In addition to open quantum dots fabricated in conventional semiconductor hetero-junction, quantum point contacts have been studied at high magnetic field using SGM. We have also studied high-mobility graphene samples using h-BN to realize a further-multiple-coupled quantum dots. Quasi-ballistic transport has been achieved in BN/Gr/BN hetero-structure and the transport properties have been discussed.
