Outline of Annual Research Achievements

災害現場では,大量の軟弱泥土が発生することが多い.この軟弱泥土は迅速な復旧作業の妨げとなることから,円滑な処理が望まれている.本研究では,災害現場で発生した軟弱泥土を連続的に処理する機械の開発と処理土を用いた環境修復技術の確立を目指している.これまでの研究で,古紙破砕物を予め粉砕し,セメント系固化材と混合しておくことにより,円滑な混合処理が可能であること,また連続的に撹拌して機械を前進させる方法が改良土の強度発現に有効であることが確認された.そこで,撹拌機構,転圧機構,走行機構を1つのシステムにまとめ,全体の効率について実験的に検討した.その結果,上記3つの機構が1つのシステムとして起動することが確認された.しかしながら,泥土の性状により適切な撹拌羽の回転数や移動速度が異なることが分かり,連続処理機械の性能を体系的に検討する必要が生じたこと,また迅速な強度発現のためにジオポリマーの適用が有望視されることが確認されたため,期間延長により実験的に検討することにした.延長した平成28年度では,連続処理機械の性能に及ぼす泥土性状の影響を明らかにするとともに,ジオポリマーを用いて泥土改良を行い,適切な処理温度やジオポリマーの濃度などについて明らかにした.さらにセメント系固化材を用いずに処理を行い,環境修復のための緑化基盤材を作成し,その土壌物理特性について,透水係数および保水性の観点から検討した.
