Outline of Final Research Achievements

We have revealed that 1) retinal glial cells may be involved with the retinal neurovascular coupling during systemic hyperoxia 2) EDHF may be involved with histamine-induced vasodilation in retinal porcine arterioles 3) habitual smoking may have some influences on retinal circulation in patients with diabetic retinopathy.
