Outline of Final Research Achievements

This study carried out the dietary awareness survey and the dietary education program for the household with the problem in the eating habits. The survey revealed that a ratio to feel inconvenience about the shopping of the meal is higher in ‘A single life’, ‘Not participate in local activity’ and ‘No exercise custom’. The effectiveness of four programs was confirmed in changes of the dietary awareness and attitude.
