Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Since academic year 2012 “the mechanism of measurement and control by programs” has been required in junior high school technical arts and home economics courses. For such instruction most teaching materials use cars and robots. However, some girls show no interest in cars or robots. Therefore, we need more variety. In this research we designed teaching materials that help students learn programming through making “Kawaii”(cute) handicrafts. We could examine the effectiveness of our courseware by using at a girls' junior high school.
