Outline of Final Research Achievements

In regard to social decision making on biotechnology, three basic points have been revealed as follows: (i) new aspirational model is required beyond regulatory model of safety and ethics; (2) citizens should not be treated neither as amateur nor as claimant, and can not necessarily divided into stakeholder nor third party; (3) citizens can be interpreted as three-layer subjects with interests consisting of intellectual concern, work and life and thereby science communication can be modeled in three layers.
