| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
ヘルスケア施設の配置をそのmanagementを考慮して考えた。台湾CHUNG HWA UNIVERSITY ofMEDICAL TECHNOLOGYで6月に行われたHEALTH AND MANAGEMENT INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE2015で,AEDの配置についてkeynote speech をおこなった。また8月に韓国慶州で行われたThe 11th Korea-Japan Workshop on Sustainable Manegement System in Service Insdutryでも Keynote Speechを行い、病院の手術室の研究について発表した。9月から10月にかけて韓国航空大学で行われた第17回APMCでは本学佐々木氏(M2)と給食センターの最適配置の発表を行って、流通も考えて最適配置を行うよう研究の範囲を総合的に拡張した。AEDの研究はさらにモデルを一般化し、研究協力者である神戸学院大学毛利進太郎准教授と小倉で行われたISME2015で発表した。
前年度までの研究成果としHiroaki Ishii, "Facility location problem under users with two type criteria, min-max and max-min," International Journal of Japan Association for Management Systems Vol. 7 (2015)を発表している。

2: Research has progressed on the whole more than it was originally planned.
Reason
様々な立場から最適な施設配置を行うための研究を１つの目標として行ってきて、そのための数理的評価や合意形成法も開発してきた。また、複合施設の配置についても研究を始めてきた。もちろん、不確実性や不確定性を考慮した研究も行ってきている。また、これまであまり考えられてこなかったヘルスケア施設の研究も始めることができた。さらに施設のマネージメントについても組み入れた研究をした。これらから、さまざまな施設を一体とした研究を進める基礎ができた。もちろんこれらは完全ではないのでおおむね進展していると判断した。

これまでの研究はいわばパーツとして行われてきたので、複数施設を様々な観点から総合的に判断して配置する研究へともって行く。

| Causes of Carryover |
研究協力者と複合施設、給食センタ－の配置などの当初の研究課題を拡張した新しいモデルを考えるに至り、一部その成果を発表したので、論文に纏める。

| Expenditure Plan for Carryover Budget |
適当な国際雑誌に発表するための費用、英文校閲の費用、また、この研究で用いてきたプリンターが不具合であるので更新に使う。
