Outline of Annual Research Achievements

平成27年度の研究では,健常被験者16名(男性8名,女性8名,平均年齢20.7歳)を対象として,連合生ペア刺激(paired associative stimulation : PAS)が相反性抑制機能に及ぼす影響を明らかにすることを目的とした.誘発筋電図の記録は,表面電極導出法により橈側手根屈筋(flexor carpi radialis muscle: FCR)および橈側手根伸筋(extensor carpi radialis muscle: ECR)の筋電図を記録した.経頭蓋磁気刺激(transcranial magnetic stimulation: TMS)のための刺激装置にはMagstim200と直径70 mmの8の字コイルを用いた(Magstim, Dyfed, UK).PASは,手関節部の正中神経への経皮的電気刺激(安静時運動閾値の300%の強度)と一次運動野へのTMS(安静時運動閾値の130%の強度)を25 msの刺激間隔,0.25 Hzの刺激頻度で200回行った.TMSコイルは,FCRとECRのcenter of gravity(CoG)の中点に固定した.FCR(主動筋)およびECR(拮抗筋)に投射する一次運動野興奮性の指標として,PAS中の単発motor evoked potential(MEP)振幅およびPAS前後のMEP振幅の変化を観察した.研究の結果,PAS後にFCRのMEP振幅は有意な変化を認めなかった(P = 0.960).一方,ECRのMEP振幅はPAS後に有意に減少した(P = 0.009).研究結果より,PASによって拮抗筋であるECRに投射する一次運動野興奮性が影響を受けることが示唆された.
