| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
Multi-detector row CTとその３D画像から軟骨下海綿骨の各種パラメータ(bone volume fraction, trabecular thickness, trabecular number, trabecular separation , structure model index, trabecular bone pattern factor, and degree of anisotropy) および２D画像から軟骨下皮質骨幅を測定することが可能である。そこで25年4月より前向きに変形性膝関節症患者の登録を開始し、27年3月までに100例の登録を行った。年齢・身長・体重・肥満度指数・罹患期間など基本情報を記載した。また、DXA法を用い、大腿骨頚部および大腿骨内側顆・外側顆骨密度測定を行った。痛みの強さと膝関節機能は Knee injury and osteoarthritis outcome score, Knee Society knee score and function score で記録した。軟骨下骨骨梁構造は、ラトックシステムエンジニアリング株式会社のTRI/3D-BONソフトウェアーを使い、3D画像から大腿骨顆部軟骨下骨と皮質骨幅の解析を行う。
