Due to the Study Plan the legal problems were investigated and examined. It is found harsh criticism must be given to "Japanese charge back system" . In the case credit card abuse "Japanese charge back system" doesn't work appropriately. Then Japanese credit cards may be a target of abuse. "Japanese charge back system" must be improved.
