Outline of Final Research Achievements

West Germany's economy was changing from recovery to growth in the 1950s and 60s. Federal Ministry of Economy recognized public interest of the saving banks in the market competition so that the three-pillar model of German banking was structured as the regulatory framework of economic policy. At the same time, that framework also aimed the liberation of the interest rate. It would lead to a new regulatory framework of competitive market economy with the intervening economic and financial policy.
