Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Recently, sharing business visions and management philosophies beyond organizational boundaries has become a significant issue for business administration. However, academic scholars have rarely studied such issues. Thus, this study addresses cross-organizational diffusion of business ideas and its related phenomenon, drawing on organizational context identity studies. Specifically, the study focuses on the diffusion caused by employee turnover and explores antecedents of former employees’ supportive behavior toward former companies.
