| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study analyzed the methods of promotion of joint development for small- and mid-sized manufacturing firms. We especially focused on the role of mediator.
We proved that mediators promote joint development greatly. In addition, the theoretical analysis helped us to understand the role of mediator more clearly. We also research the characteristic of this model by comparing with other models of joint development.
