Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, I attempted to revise the classification scheme of employment status to grasp properly the polarization of job which is behind the recent diversification of employment in Japan. For this purpose, I carried out the web survey(Computer Assisted Web Interviewing) for men and women aged 18-49 years old (excluding students) in AY2015. As a result, I verified that there is big disparity between regular workers and non-regular workers and also that there are differences about salary, welfare and job satisfaction of employees among the regular workers. And, these outcomes suggests that these differences among regular workers comes from the the degree of difficulty involved in monitoring the work performed by employees.
