| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
本研究の目的は，児童青年の不安障害，うつ病性障害における認知行動療法（CBT）の有効性を検討することである。
本研究では，無作為割り付け比較試験（RCT）によって，不安障害，もしくはうつ病勢障害に合致するを46名の児童対象として，先に認知行動療法を実施する群とウェイティング・リスト・コントロール群の比較を行った。これまでの著者らの先行研究を踏まえ，親子参加型個別の認知行動療法プログラムを用いた。プログラムは全８回，約２ヶ月で終了する。CBTは臨床心理士２名が実施し，介入を実施しない臨床心理士３名による半構造化面接，自己評定式質問紙，および親評定の質問紙によって有効性を検証する。
本年度は，全てのトライアルを終え，最終フォローアップまでデータを収集した。現在，データの固定化を行っており，それが終了次第分析を開始する予定である。
