Outline of Final Research Achievements

The teacher probation system is characteristic of teacher education system in Germany. In Germany candidates for teacher are required to receive training as a teacher in school for two weeks, after they finished their master's cource in university. Through probation system, candidates are given the opportunity to practice in school and to judge their aptitude for teaching.In recent years the teacher education system in Germany is extensively changing in European higher educatin system. Now as a final phase, the probation system is reforming.
The detail of reform plan is very diffrent in each State. But the each reform aims to build the systemtic and thorough instruction system for the progress of practical and specialized competence of teacher candidate.
