クロスボーダー高等教育に関する現地調査を、５月と１２月にミャンマー（ヤンゴン・マンダレー）、９月にカンボジア（プノンペン）、１１月にベトナム（ホーチミン市）で行った。成果発表は、論文２件、学会発表５件、図書１件である。

２７年度に予定していたミャンマー第２回調査及びベトナム調査を予算の前倒しで２６年度に行ったため。

| Strategy for Future Research Activity |
ミャンマー調査を再度行い、高等教育改革に対処するために必要とされる教員の能力開発支援について探る。また、研究の総まとめを行い、研究対象国の比較を元に研究成果の公表を行う。
