Outline of Final Research Achievements

I studied on "Development of the teacher education and the training program which enable 'excellent' career education practices." Through the historic research on career education practices and teacher education for them, the policies which past and modern practices share was revealed. And the comparative study with the overseas career educational practices and teacher education showed means to develop the 'excellent' teacher education and the 'excellent' training program in Japan. Then a necessary element of a program could be separated out through follow-up research for the teachers who graduated from professional schools for school teachers. Eventually by being engaged in real teacher education and career education practices I developed a trial programs which utilized the characteristics of the school where the career education practices were implemented.
