Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, it was examined an obstacle recognition technology using wireless marker to improve the safety of the agricultural robot. In the laboratory, a passive-type marker in the laboratory was detected with 0 ~ 0.4m. An active-type marker was detected with 8.6 ~ 60.0m. Further, both wireless marker systems were equipped to the riding type tractor. The detection distance in a place where paddy in the field does not exist and where they exist was measured. As a result, detection distance were 0.3m in the paddy exist / not exist with the passive type. And, was 1.3m in paddy exist, 1.1m in not exist with the active type. It was found to be less affected shielding by paddy. From these, potential of technology to improve the accuracy of the obstacle or person of the determination in the crops and in the weed has been found.
