| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The present study firstly demonstrated that tonsillar follicular dendritic cells of IgA nephropathy patients express thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) and its receptor, and the TSLP-TSLPR interaction promotes IgA class switching through the cooperative role of transforming growth factor-β1, B cell-activating factor of the tumor necrosis factor family, a proliferation-inducing ligand and activation-induced cytidine deaminase.
