2: Research has progressed on the whole more than it was originally planned.
Reason
① 健診サンプルデータの解析：2001年のデータでは不十分であった環境因子抽出を、2005年データよりから新たに洗い出す作業は施行済み。健康保険組合から入手した健康診断データと、循環器疾患を中心として生活習慣病との関連が示唆される103個のSNPタイピング結果を組み合わせ、解析を施行している。
② Mets・DM予後調査：既に解析済みのMets・DM群の疾患発症者に対する聞き取り調査に関して、研究協力者による情報取得を勧めており、順調に経過中。

上記のごとく、ある程度予定通りに解析・情報収集は進行しており、今後解析を施行の上結果をまとめていく。

| Causes of Carryover |
SNP解析についてはほぼ予定通り進行しているが、一部データ欠損、及び再解析症例が存在するため、費用の支払いが済んでいない。
