| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We will develop methods clarifying MDS patients with high risk-transformation into AML using gene set found by our new micro array methods. We used bone marrow clots of patients with refractory anemia with excess of blast (RAEB）at diagnosis and transforming into AML. In additions, we used bone marrow samples of healthy volunteers, and patients with megaroblastic anemia, paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria, aplastic anemia, and hypoplastic MDS.
