TF-CBT (trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy) is a treatment with a strong evidence base in more than 17 randomized controlled trials (RCTs) in the US and other countries. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of TF-CBT by RCT in Japan. Eighteen cases were enrolled.
