健常者の脳の拡散強調画像を撮像し、脳室の拡散係数から脳温度を測定した。その結果、妊娠可能女性においては、脳温度が月経周期に伴って変動していることを明らかにした。

健常者における体温と脳温度の関係についての研究は当初の計画通り遂行できたが、疾患における脳温度のデータ収集について、想定以上に時間を要した。

今年度は、疾患における脳温度のデータ収集・解析が完了する予定である。
