Outline of Final Research Achievements

Nano micellar aggregation as a nano-DDS (drug driver system) have provided many improvements of effective target treatment of solid tumors. Nanomaterials are defind as substances smaller than 100nm. They have unique properties and function compared with conventional materials such as microsphere (microbead). We perfomed thrraputic experiment using rabits and rats intra-arterially. The results shows higher potential of drug distribution in the tumor compared to microsphere.
