Research with she goat was done to investigate effect of cryo-ablation therapy.Probe was inserted to uterine and cryo-ablation was performed. During ablation, temperature of uterine tissue was measured with a sensor. After cryo-ablation, the animal was sacrificed to examine pathological change.
