| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We recognized LgR5 and EREG in colon cancer tissue by immunohistochemistry. The expression of EREG was strong in advanced colon cancer. The expression of EREG was more strongly in the caser with high therapeutic effect by chemotherapy than the case with low therapeutic effect.
