Outline of Annual Research Achievements

昨年に引き続き、Yoonらの報告に基づき1、ウサギ耳介基部の皮膚皮下組織を1.5㎝幅以外の全周で切除する方法でリンパ浮腫モデルを作成した。浮腫の評価として術後４、８、１２週で厚さと体積を計測した。1週間でピークとなり緩やかに浮腫が改善していく傾向は昨年と同様であった。HGFプラスミドを術直後に耳介基部に投与したが今回の実験では効果は明確ではなかったため、HGFプラスミドの投与時期の検討が必要である。さらにラット尾モデルでの浮腫評価2や、リンパ管切断後の再開通実験3なども検討すべきと考える。
