| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this research, we developed a WEB application that care can be utilized for patient information sharing by visiting nurse, doctor, patient family related to home. It became clear that the information that each needs is different. Therefore, we developed contents corresponding to each position, so that we can share the information each other. In the future, we intend to actually introduce it and measure its effect.
