Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Essential features of a hermeneutical approach, to which little attention has been paid in clinical ethics, were clarified in terms of the significance of dialogical deliberation and understanding of given cases as narratives/stories or texts, referring to Moral Case Deliberation (moreel beraad) widely implemented in the Netherlands. Its protocol and educational model, useful in classroom as well as on ward, were formulated.
