| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
今年度の主な研究実績は以下となる：
1. 編集距離および配列アラインメントに関するプライバシー保護技術に関して、詳細な調査および実装に向けた検討を行った。具体的には、「S. Rane and Wei Sun. Privacy preserving string comparisons based on Levenshtein distance. In Information Forensics and Security (WIFS), 2010 IEEE International Workshop on, pp. 1-6, dec. 2010」および「Somesh Jha, Louis Kruger, and Vitaly Shmatikov. Towards practical privacy for genomic computation. In Proceedings of the 2008 IEEE Symposium on Security and Privacy, pp. 216-230, Washington, DC, USA, 2008. IEEE Computer Society」で記述されているアルゴリズムに関して詳細に精査し、今後実装を行うアルゴリズムを設計した。これらのアルゴリズムに関しては、通信量や計算量などを数学的に詳細に見積もった。さらに、今後の実装で利用予定であるShareMind(https://sharemind.cyber.ee/)の利用方法について調査を行った。
2. 化合物データベースのプライバシー保護検索に関する以下の論文の執筆を行った

本論文は英文論文誌に現在投稿中である。
