Research Abstract |
We focused on the identification, developing and setting up a first use cases and scenarios describing how to achieve social project management requirements in term of collective intelligence: it's the distributed and collaborative production of IT Master Plan based on Collective Intelligence. Collective intelligence based work brings with it the expectation of achieving a single purpose with a perfect integration of parts. The tangible outcome is a consistent product or document with a clear message. It has enabled to build scenario to define the requirements and provide a list of steps detailing how each implemented target service will be used. The major cooperation of the project has been done with CTI (Brazil) as Thai and Nepal partners have been slowdown due to national issues.

Current Status of Research Progress |
Current Status of Research Progress
3: Progress in research has been slightly delayed.
Reason
The project delayed due to the slow down of partners from Nepal, Thailand and France. Nepal and Thailand partners faced national issues and couldn’t participate as the initial plan. Brazil team overtook their user role. French partner has been switched between Burgundy University and University of Pau and Pays de L’Adour (move of Prof. Richard Chbeir). We co-organise ACM MEDES 2013 in Luxembourg to facilitate project meetings between all the members. We launched the CI@PracticeDay community to speed up the usecases, evaluation and feedbacks along the agile process of the project., Also the project welcomed one PhD student from USP-Brazil who got PhD study authorization last September 2013.

Strategy for Future Research Activity |
CI@PraticeDay community will collaborate to test and evaluate the platform. It will impact also the standardization actions. CI@PracticeDay will support the actions related to the standardization promotion (ISO 21500, ISO 9142). We are setting a cooperation with the FAO to include the VocBench as the open source service platform for the organization of collective intelligence based on ontological folksonomies.
