Outline of Results in this study is following.
1) to have presented that cost management is important in public enterprise.2) to have developed a prototype of a Cost Management Support System for administration management.3) to have developed above system based on real cases that are Aki City and Kami City water supply business.4)to have presented differences about system developing way in company and administration organizations.
