Outline of Final Research Achievements

Substantially studies were conducted. The dietary behavior of the international students in Japan, cognition about meal and health, dietary acculturation as sojourners, cross-cultural dietary adaptation, nature learning of the food culture, the transformation of dietary habits, were incestigated.
